UNC Too Much For 'Noles
Posted Jan 8, 2007
UNC passed its first ACC test of the season with flying colors Sunday. Florida State had the best combination of size and athleticism the Tar Heels had faced so far, but it was no match for their talent and depth, as UNC cruised in the second half en route to an 84-58 win. Carolina’s post-tandem of Tyler Hansbrough and Brandan Wright dominated down low, as the Tar Heels scored over twice as many field goals in the paint.
