UNC’s Final Four run helps Ol’ Roy silence critics

There was a little extra pep in Roy Williams’s step as he scooted up that ladder in Philadelphia on Sunday, bum knee and all, to cut down another championship net. You’d think that after seven trips to the Final Four and two national championships, celebrations like that could become old hat for UNC’s Hall of Fame basketball coach. Apparently not.
