Tar Heels stick to superstitions at Sweet 16

It's North Carolina's Roy Williams who is well-known for his superstitious side. The Hall of Fame coach has a habit of spitting in the Mississippi River for good luck during tournament runs. But Williams isn't the only Tar Heel who ties his practices to performance. “It’s hard to tell what the difference is between a superstition and a routine,” Justin Jackson said.
