UNC Tasked with Defending the Hoosiers’ Deep Ball

It’s possible that Indiana’s shooting percentages have been inflated due to the quality of its defensive competition, while the opposite holds true for the Tar Heels. While those details help explain how these teams crafted their stat sheets, they have little to do with Friday’s matchup. Indiana still ranks fifth nationally in 3-point field goal percentage and UNC still has to defend those perimeter looks.
