Despite an early lead and a remarkable comeback attempt late, No. 1 North Carolina suffered its first ACC setback to Virginia Tech Saturday at a raucous Cassell Coliseum, 94-88. The soon-to-be-ranked Hokies shot 53 percent in snapping the Tar Heels’ 12-game winning streak.
