UNC goes west to face Arizona
Posted Jan 27, 2007
North Carolina will trade Tobacco Road for the Sonoran Desert today when it plays its last nonconference game of the season. North Carolina will play at Arizona at 1 p.m., making its first appearance in Tucson in the seventh game of the rivalry. Arizona is recovering from a recent three-game losing streak, but the teams could deliver the type of intense game seen most often in the NCAA Tournament's late rounds.
