Kennedy Meeks to practice fully, might play on Saturday

The word from UNC coach Roy Williams is that Kennedy Meeks might play on Saturday. Meeks has missed the last seven games with a bruised knee. Meeks has been limited in practice this week, but is expected to be a full participant in Friday's practice. If everything goes as planned, his status will be elevated and he could play against Syracuse on Saturday.
