North Carolina made some significant strides as a football program in 2015 as evidenced by its 11 victories and Atlantic Coast Conference Coastal Division title. But in the final two games of the year, the Tar Heels discovered they still have plenty of work to do before joining college football's elite, especially on defense. (Fayetteville Observer)
