Jamie Cherry scored 20 points to pace North Carolina in a 68-59 victory over Appalachian State Saturday inside Carmichael Arena. UNC (6-4) received 17 points from Destinee Walker, 13 points from Hillary Summers and nine points and 12 rebounds from Stephanie Watts. Carolina visits Oklahoma State on Monday at 8 p.m. EST in Stillwater, Okla.
