Welcome once again to the Duke-UNC rivalry. And no, it isn't just another game. "It's like hand-to-hand combat," UNC coach Roy Williams said. "It's going to be a very physical game. It's going to be a very aggressive game. It's going to be a game that nobody is going to give an inch. "You'll see two groups of kids that will be playing their tails off out there.
