Orlando bar giveaway totals 15,000 free beers for winless UCF season
Posted Nov 29, 2015
The final record for UCF: 0-12. The estimated total of free beers given away at an Orlando bar as a result of that record: 15,000. After the Knights started 0-4, a bar called The Basement began advertising free beers during UCF games until the team won. That elusive win never happened, so the kegs kept flowing.
