North Carolina Hands Duke Its Third Straight Loss


Fifth-ranked North Carolina and No. 16 Duke had stumbled into this front end of their annual blood rivalry at Cameron Indoor Stadium Wednesday night. The Tar Heels had lost their previous game and Duke was riding a two-game losing streak that had led to a precipitous drop in its rankings. So what does North Carolina’s 79-73 victory mean?
