Nate Britt tied his career high with 17 points and four three-point field goals (both vs. Syracuse last year). Theo Pinson established career highs in points (11) and assists (8) vs. Fairfield. Roy Williams is now 752-202 in 28 seasons as a head coach and 334-101 in 13 seasons at Carolina. North Carolina is now 99-7 in home openers.
