Seventh Woods Commits to UNC

No senior guard received more attention from Roy Williams than Seventh Woods. Williams and the Tar Heels’ dogged persistence over the last three years paid off when Woods, a 6-2 high-flying standout at Columbia (S.C.) Hammond, announced his commitment on Wednesday morning at a school ceremony. "They've believed in me since eighth grade," he said of the Tar Heels, adding that it's where he feels he fits best.
