UNC stages a worthy tribute to '57, '82 title teams

Halftime was the best time Saturday. More than 21,700 fans stayed in their Smith Center seats, admiring and applauding North Carolina's 1957 and 1982 national champions, who were featured on video boards and presented individually at midcourt. Not surprisingly, when Michael Jordan was introduced, the roof raised. He smiled, waved, then stepped back between teammate James Worthy and coach Dean Smith. (Raleigh News & Observer)
