Chris Leak calls Chazz Surratt to congratulate East Lincoln QB on pending state record
Posted Nov 6, 2015
When East Lincoln visits West Lincoln tonight, Mustangs quarterback Chazz Surratt will need just two touchdowns to break the state’s all-time record for touchdown responsibility. Touchdown responsibility measures the total number of passing, rushing, receiving and defensive scores. For the last 14 years, Chris Leak of Charlotte’s Independence High School has held the top mark in that category – along with most other passing records in North Carolina.
