Assignment discipline. Those are the two words that come up most often for a defense preparing to face Georgia Tech under head coach Paul Johnson. No matter the defensive scheme, no matter the coordinators or players, assignment discipline has been drilled into their heads. Johnson calls his offense the flex bone, but it’s usually referred to by opponents as the triple option.
