There are six active Basketball Hall of Fame coaches in college. Every one of them has won a national championship. And yet what stands out most about them to me is that the majority of them have dealt with major rules violations inside the programs they run. So I ask: What, exactly, does that say about what it takes to be a great college basketball coach?
