UNC Volleyball Player Taylor Fricano Finding Home In Chapel Hill

“Playing is so important to me, it’s what I want to do. I don’t want to sit the bench another year.” It took two years and two schools, but redshirt sophomore Taylor Fricano has finally found the right place for her: Carolina. Fricano, the 6’4” opposite hitter from Palatine, Illinois originally committed to playing for Wisconsin coach Kelly Sheffield, when he was at Dayton, and followed him when he made the move to Wisconsin.
