Blue Ribbon preseason basketball rankings point to top-heavy ACC

If the preseason rankings released Wednesday by Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook are any indication, the ACC could be more top-heavy than usual. Three league teams are among the nation’s top six teams, led by Virginia at No. 3, North Carolina at No. 4 and Duke at No. 6. But they are the only three ACC teams to crack the Blue Ribbon rankings.
