Playing Perfectly Without Star Power

The Duke women’s basketball team went into this regular season rated no better than third in the Atlantic Coast Conference. But the Blue Devils finished second to none in the country. Duke became the 14th N.C.A.A. women’s team to go undefeated in the regular season with a 67-62 victory against North Carolina on Sunday before a capacity crowd of 9,314 at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
