Tar Heels on Top for 2018 QB James Foster

6-foot-3, 193 pound sophomore quarterback James Foster, out of Montgomery (Ala.) Sydney Lanier, can throw and run. He calls himself a "dual-threat" quarterback. Foster said, "I can throw it like Jeremy Johnson (Auburn) and I can run it like Deshaun Watson (Clemson)." Mississippi State and North Carolina have offered Foster a scholarship. He is hearing from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, and Kentucky. UNC is on top.
