Phil Ford has passion for community service


Of all the lessons he learned from , chose one to share as the guest speaker at the Brigade Boys and Girls Club's annual breakfast. "Find one thing you really want to do and go for it," Ford told the few hundred people Wednesday morning at Cape Fear Country Club. For Ford, a former UNC basketball star, that post-basketball passion has been community service. (Wilmington Star News)
