Tar Heels can't get past Georgia Tech

They walked on the court Thursday with a chance to reassert their claim for the ACC regular-season title and the No. 1 seed in next week's conference tournament. But North Carolina's men's basketball players walked off much closer to the fifth seed than the top seed. Georgia Tech boosted its candidacy for an NCAA Tournament berth, defeating No. 8 UNC 84-77.
