UNC-Duke still the big one

Nobody in the ACC has sympathy for the two teams playing today in the Smith Center -- Duke and UNC. Risking the inevitable -- "You lousy homer, you" -- these two are the benchmark success stories in college basketball. They are the two most recent ACC teams to hang NCAA championship banners, the Tar Heels as recent as 2005 and the Blue Devils in 2001. Oh yes, they both did it in the 1990s too, Duke twice, UNC once.
