The ceremony also memorialized late ESPN anchor Stuart Scott, who died in January at age 49 after a long battle with cancer, with a special presentation of Lifetime Achievement Award in his memory. Former ESPN colleague Scott Van Pelt presented the award, which will henceforth be renamed the Stuart Scott Lifetime Achievement Award, to Scott’s sister, Susan Scott, and his daughters, Taelor and Sydni.
