Bethel: Jay Smith and Public Records

Now that I have released the emails Jay Smith wants, perhaps he will return the favor. Since last July, I have been waiting for the public records office to fulfill several requests I made (through attorneys) for communications between Smith and a number of other UNC employees. Delay now only serves to protect Smith, whose primary contribution to UNC the past two years has been to defame the Athletics department and individuals associated with it.
