First Dean Smith Scholarship Winners Awarded At Topeka (KS) High School

A Topeka High graduate and basketball legend passed away earlier this year, and Tuesday a scholarship was given away to two student athletes in his honor. Senator Nancy Kassebaum presented Topeka High with the idea of honoring Dean Smith by giving away a scholarship in his name.
