No. 1-seed Carolina will face 10th-seeded NC State in what will be Carolina's first ACC Championship game appearance since 2001. The last time that Carolina and NC State met up in the ACC Championship was 1997, when the Pack made a similar Cinderella run through the bracket in Herb Sendek's first year as head coach.
