Fedora: "Marquise is our starting quarterback"

During the post-spring ACC teleconference, North Carolina head coach Larry Fedora spoke on the status of incumbent starting quarterback Marquise Williams, who missed the entirety of spring practice with an injury. The Tar Heel head man, who is entering his fourth season in Chapel Hill, discussed the quarterback position and where Williams stands heading into the 2015 campaign.
