Shalane Flanagan Takes Ninth At Boston Marathon


Former North Carolina cross-country star competed in the Boston Marathon on Monday. Flanagan finished ninth timing in at 2:27:47. Flanagan had a shortened training period due to an injury in January, but only finished five minutes off her personal best time that she ran last year. (GoHeels.com)
