Tar Heels To Host Rhode Island At Francis Marion

Winter weather has caused the relocation of North Carolina's weekend series against Rhode Island, and the two teams will now play at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. The series will begin with a doubleheader Friday at 11 a.m., with the final game set for 7 p.m. Saturday. This weekend's change makes it eight consecutive home games affected by snow, ice and extreme temperatures. (GoHeels.com)
