The crowd got much-deserved praise from Williams after the game. They were loud and into the game throughout. Sometimes, however, the crowd doesn't decide the game, and State was able to play well enough to negate them on a night when the Smith Center was as hostile as any arena in the league. The Pack got 15 second-chance points, including a backbreaker late in the game. (GoHeels.com)
