Tennessee WR Vic Wharton to transfer, plans visit to UNC

Wharton confirmed to the News Sentinel by phone that he is leaving and that he has already taken an official visit to California. Wharton said he will visit North Carolina this weekend and that he will schedule an official visit to Utah, then make a decision between those three schools.
