Brennan Williams says the Xs and Os are the easy part. It’s the X-rays and the MRIs that have impeded the 6-foot-6, 314-pound offensive tackle’s NFL career. Williams, a third-round pick of the Houston Texans out of North Carolina in the 2013 draft who has yet to play a down in the NFL, signed a contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday.
