Ryan Norton Transferring to UNC
Posted Aug 12, 2008
Ryan Norton was preparing to transition from Kinston Lenoir Community College to UNC-Greensboro. However, the opportunity to join the Tar Heel baseball team suddenly changed his plans. "This was so spur of the moment," Norton said. "I finished my season at Lenoir and attended the State Games for the underclassmen in North Carolina. Coach Holbrook was talking with another guy while there, and somehow my name came up."
