Ohio State's D'Angelo Russell is one of the best players in the country as a freshman. Few players this season have been able to match his combination of scoring instincts and shooting, as he's currently tied for the lead among freshmen in points-per-game at 18.6. However, while the scoring statistics have been wonderful, it's often his passing acumen that leads to highlight reel plays.
