Roy Williams almost missed '82 game vs. Georgetown

Roy Williams won't carry a lucky candy bar when North Carolina plays Georgetown today for the NCAA Tournament East Regional championship, but he has carried one before. In 1982, when he was a UNC assistant to Dean Smith, Williams always had a lucky candy bar in his sports coat when UNC played.
