UNC’s loss could lead to brighter days ahead


Because UNC cost itself a chance to play for this year’s national championship, it might just find itself in a better position to come back and win the whole thing next season. Given its collective youth, this team was probably a year away from being truly great. The longer it played and the more games it won, the more likely it would have been that the Tar Heels would have lost their best underclassmen. (Fayetteville Observer)
