Lucas: UNC Basketball Mailbag March 27 Posted Mar 27, 2007 Dean Smith always told us there were billions of people who didn't care that the game was being played; somehow that never hit home quite as hard until the death of Jason Ray on Monday. It's a cliché to say basketball is "only a game." But at the end of the day we all go home to our families, and there's no question losing someone from the family is much more important than losing a basketball game. (Tar Heel Blue)
