Lauren Hill, no longer a player, enters next phase of cancer fight

Lauren Hill will now fight cancer from the bench. Hill has ended her collegiate playing career and become an honorary coach for Mount St. Joseph in Ohio, head coach Dan Benjamin wrote Wednesday in an email to the media, including The Associated Press. The freshman, who has an inoperable brain tumor, played her final game Tuesday.
