Rutgers, North Carolina get $1.2 million each for Detroit Quick Lane Bowl appearance, report says

If you didn't know, there's going to be a college football bowl game played in Detroit on Dec. 26 at Ford Field. And it reportedly will include a lucrative payout for North Carolina and Rutgers — the Quick Lane Bowl's two participating teams.
