UNC Places 286 On ACC Academic Honor Roll

A total of 286 North Carolina student-athletes earned spots on the 2007-08 ACC Academic Honor Roll, announced Wednesday by Commissioner John D. Swofford. The list includes 2,710 student-athletes from the conference's 12 schools. The 2007-08 Academic Honor Roll includes 19 ACC Players of the Year, among them Tar Heel field hockey player Rachel Dawson, who also won the Honda Award as the national player of the year.
