2007 ending has ACC men on defensive

Any way you look at it, this was no better than an average ACC basketball season. There were a few bright spots here and there – Clemson's run to the NIT finals among the men, the Duke women's undefeated regular season, seven men's and six women's teams in the NCAAs. Mostly, and surprisingly, the league did not live up to expectations, however misguided those expectations might have been. (Tar Heel Daily)
