UNC hangs on for 28-27 victory in thrilling fashion at Virginia
Posted Oct 25, 2014
Quarterback Marquise Williams has been UNC's offensive savior all season long, but backup Mitch Trubisky produced the biggest play of the game Saturday, and UNC was the beneficiary of a huge mistake by Virginia down the stretch in UNC's 28-27 win. Trubisky completed a touchdown pass to T.J. Thorpe on third-and-15 from U.Va.'s 16-yard line with 4:05 left to put UNC up 28-27.
