On way or another, Jay Smith wants to get me. In April, he notified the Provost that I appeared mentally unstable. Today, Smith accused me of plagiarizing him for my articulating a phrase that has been used countless times and is at least as old as a March 1927 issue of The Marine Corps Gazette.
