Shy Tuttle close to making college choice


North Davidson’s 6-3, 310-pound defensive tackle, is on the verge of making his college decision. Shy Tuttle, ranked No. 31 in the nation in the graduating Class of 2015 and No. 1 in North Carolina, according to ESPN, plans to make his announcement at the high school on Friday, Sept. 26 around 3 p.m. Tuttle has whittled a long list of scholarship offers down to four — Clemson, North Carolina, N.C. State and Tennessee. (Winston-Salem Journal)
