Consistency still missing in ACC football

The yin and yang that is the ACC was on full display this past weekend. Boston College pulled an upset for the ages over No. 9 USC on Saturday night, giving the ACC five wins against top 10 nonconference opponents in a two-year span for the first time in league history! Oh, but both No. 17 Virginia Tech and No. 21 Louisville lost to unranked teams.
