Can Bruce Carter Ever Live Up To Lofty Expectations?

Dallas Cowboys' coach Jason Garrett is so excited about Bruce Carter’s new role that during minicamp he brought a group of reporters into a coaching office with a whiteboard for the sole purpose of showing them how the scheme would work. He honestly believes that Carter can still be a big-time player, as does owner and general manager Jerry Jones. And they aren’t just saying this for the benefit of the media.
