UNC football jumps to #21 in AP poll

The North Carolina Tar Heel football team put recent scandals aside to beat FCS Liberty University on Saturday 56-29. Their reward, a bump to #21 in the newly released AP Poll and a #23 ranking in the Amway/USA Today Coaches Poll. The Tar Heels were the preseason #23 team in both polls. UNC (1-0) forced six turnovers against Liberty, the most since 2009.
